Department Overview

The Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at TCET University offers B.Tech., M.Tech. and Ph.D. programmes with a strong focus on academic excellence, research, innovation and industry-oriented learning. Aligned with NEP 2020 and Outcome-Based Education, the department covers emerging areas including VLSI and Semiconductor Technology, Embedded Systems, IoT, AI & Machine Learning, Robotics, Signal Processing and Intelligent Communication Systems.

Accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for the Fifth Cycle (Tier-I), the department combines practical learning, internships, industry exposure and research to prepare students for careers across telecommunications, semiconductors, VLSI, embedded systems, AI, robotics, healthcare and defence technologies.
