Department Overview

The Department of Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering at TCET University, established in A.Y. 2021–22, brings together mechanical engineering, automation, robotics, electronics and advanced manufacturing through an interdisciplinary learning environment.

The department focuses on Mechanical Design & Analysis, Control & Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and Integrated Mechatronic Systems. Through hands-on laboratory work, industry exposure, internships, research, robotics and drone workshops, and innovation initiatives, students are prepared for careers in robotics, automation, smart manufacturing, product development, research and entrepreneurship.
